Painfully accurate. It’s saddening how there are still many people who refuse to recognize depression as an actual illness. Splendidly written. Thanks for sharing, Luka. 🙂

These thoughts came up one night when I felt bad but didn’t know why. Thought it would be a bigger poem but decided to post this little one anyway because some people with depression might relate 🙂
